A notice on the distribution of ELP Cards in Punjab was recently published by the Punjab Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit, also known as PMIU. In accordance with PSEP-III, the PMIU has announced the distribution of Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Cards throughout the state of Punjab’s 36 districts (third Punjab Education Sector Project). The Punjab Program Monitoring and Implementation Unit, or PMIU, has published a notice about the distribution of ELP Cards in Punjab. The PMIU has announced the distribution of Early Learning Partnership (ELP) Cards across the state of Punjab’s 36 districts in compliance with PSEP-III (third Punjab Education Sector Project). Due to this and in this regard, the PMIU wrote to each CEO in Punjab (District Education Authorities). Early Learning Partnership ELP Cards will be distributed by the Punjab government under PESP-III.

The Implementation Unit of the Province of Punjab Informing the CEOs that after the closure of educational establishments caused by COVID-19, the government came up with the idea for ELP cards that would be issued under PSEP-III. The ECE students who are required to complete COVID-19 are in need of extra learning and assistance, which is why the ELP Cards are being developed. At this point, the PMIU is prepared to send ELP cards out to all of the Punjab Public schools.
As a result, in order to facilitate the timely distribution of ELP cards to all of the aforementioned Public Institutes, PMIU recommended that the CEOs of each district designate one (1) Assistant Education Officer. During the 14th and 15th of July 2022, he would go to the PMIU-PESRP office in Lahore in order to get the Early Learning Partnership (ELP) cards.
The Implementation Unit of the Province of Punjab informed the CEOs that the government had developed the idea for ELP cards that would be issued under PSEP-III in response to the closure of educational facilities brought on by COVID-19. The ELP Cards are being created because the ECE students who must finish COVID-19 require additional learning and help. The PMIU is currently preparing to provide ELP cards to all of the Punjab Public schools.
